ASUKA JEWELRY was born from a journey of rediscovery.

From a young age, founder Asuka Saito was drawn to creativity and the joy of making things. During her life in America, language barriers and cultural distance led her to question her sense of identity. In that time, a small piece of jewelry passed down from her family became a quiet source of strength.

It became a bridge between past and present, family and self, memory and future.

Through this experience, Asuka came to believe that jewelry is more than adornment. It can hold emotion, memory, love, and personal meaning — becoming part of one’s life story.

This belief became the foundation of ASUKA JEWELRY.

ASUKA JEWELRY は、創業者 Asuka Saito の“再発見の旅”から生まれました。

幼い頃から創造することに心を惹かれ、ものづくりに喜びを見出してきた Asuka。
アメリカでの暮らしの中で、言葉の壁や文化の違いに直面し、自分自身のアイデンティティを見失いかけた時期がありました。

そんな彼女を静かに支えてくれたのが、家族から受け継いだ小さなジュエリーでした。

その輝きは、過去と現在、家族と自分、記憶と未来を結ぶ架け橋となりました。

この経験を通して、ジュエリーは単なる装飾ではなく、感情や記憶、愛情、そして人生の物語を宿す存在であると確信するようになりました。

Founded in San Francisco, ASUKA JEWELRY reflects the Japanese aesthetics Asuka absorbed growing up, together with the diverse sensibilities she has cultivated through more than two decades in this international city.

Inspired by wabi-sabi, harmony with nature, and the quiet power of the earth, our designs embrace quiet confidence over excessive brilliance. Natural gemstones, pearls, textures, lines, and sculptural forms are chosen not only for their beauty, but for the stories and emotions they can carry.

Founder / Designer

Asuka Saito

Born in Hokkaido, Japan and based in San Francisco since 2005, Asuka Saito is the founder and designer of ASUKA FINE JEWELRY. With a background in psychology, international relations, color science, and gemology, she brings a deeply personal and thoughtful perspective to jewelry design.

Her work is inspired by Japanese aesthetics, nature, memory, and the quiet emotions that live within meaningful objects. Through ASUKA FINE JEWELRY, she creates pieces imbued with sentiment—jewelry designed to resonate with the wearer’s story and be cherished across time.
